Founder of Pro Placement and the Football Mentality brand.

I'm a scout and player manager. Before all of this I was the player nobody saw: thousands of emails, fake agents, open trials that led nowhere. Then a knee injury ended my own playing dream.

So with my brother I built the connections I never had. Today my team and I help ambitious footballers get verified, get seen by real clubs and land real professional trials in Europe and the USA.

Why I do this

I was you.

The player years
I was the one chasing it. Trainings, trials, sacrifices. The dream every kid has.

Thousands of emails. Silence.
I tried everything under the sun to get a trial. Generic inboxes. No replies. Nothing to show for it.

The knee ended it
My playing dream stopped in one moment. The system never even saw me.

So we built the door
With my brother, I built the connections I never had as a player. Club by club. Agent by agent.

Who am I?

Hi, my name is Panos. And "who are you?" is my least favorite question. Ever.

What do you want me to say? "I'm a scout and manager who can help you get trials and completely change your life"? Or "a young, ambitious guy with a passion for helping footballers"? Gross. Boring. Sounds like literally everybody else in this industry.

So the best way I can describe myself: the opposite of what you picture when you think "online scout professional." Yes, I'm a scout and a manager. But I'm also:

●A football educator obsessed with getting players real pro trials
●A systems nerd who writes long DMs and blunt, honest captions
●The leader of a relentless team that moves players from dreaming to signing
●A writer (not Shakespeare, but I get my point across)
●Madly in love with something without a heart: football and late-night strategy sessions

Here's what pops into my head when I picture the "pro dream" industry right now:

For almost 5 years I've put around 3,000 hours into how professional football actually works: scouting pathways, trial acquisition, player positioning, exposure strategy, and yes, the boring club-communication stuff too. I work directly with 10+ academies. I've helped over 1,000 players from 26+ countries stop being invisible.

What Pro Placement is

Pro Placement is a six-month, 1-on-1 career support program for ambitious footballers. Three phases: a scout-spec highlight reel and CV, verification and visibility (Transfermarkt and private scouting platforms), then direct outreach to a custom list of 150+ clubs matched to the player's level, position and visa.
